  • What is Klayworx's return policy for handmade jewelry
    At Klayworx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade jewelry purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. The jewelry must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please contact us at klayworx@gmail.com to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Also please note that each piece is handmade and may have slight irregularities. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and shipping costs are non-refundable.     You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
